EB invites agents or dealers to participate the distribution of EB semiconductor laser treatment machines.

To apply for a dealer:

1. Contact EB via email or telephone.
2. After EB has reviewed the agent applicant, EB will request a copy of the business license, theID of the applicant, copies of education credentials and resumes.
3. The applicant will provide relevant agency information to facilitate an agency contract.
4. The company issues an agency authorization letter.

Dealer's rights:
1. The distributor enjoys the agency price of the company's products and enjoys the relevant technical support and training services.
2. The distributor can conduct information feedback and negotiate related business with the company through the consulting service.
3. The distributor has the right to exercise management within the prescribed area.
4. The distributor has the power to terminate the cooperative relationship after negotiating with the company to resolve the post termination affairs.

Responsibilities of the dealer:

1. The distributor is obliged to promote the company's products during the agency period. In the case of customer requirements, the dealer should provide on-site installation and training services for local customers.
2. The distributor is mainly responsible for product distribution and customer development in the region. Do not sell across regions.
3. Distributor must strictly abide by the company's agency system.
4. Do not represent similar products of other companies at the same time.
5. Respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of the company's products, otherwise the company reserves the right to pursue legal and economic responsibilities.
6. Each time a distributorssells this product, he must provide the detailed information of the end customer (customer type, contact person, company name, contact address, zip code, telephone, fax, email, website, etc.) to the company. The company provides the basis for after-sales service and maintenance.
7. The company's commercial materials and customer information obtained by the distributor in the cooperation shall be subject to confidentiality obligations and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
8. Distributorsshould strive to improve service levels and must not damage the company's image and goodwill. Do not sell products by deception or illegal means. If the reputation of the company is damaged as a result, the company reserves all rights in accordance with applicable laws.
